Course Outline
Major Topics include:
- Safe operating procedures
- Inspections
- Maintenance
- Equipment and applicable regulations to ensure compliance
- Safety when operating such equipment
Participants who are registered in Chainsaw Operator training, will be required to complete an additional practical component to obtain their certification. This is completed at your work-site location. This practical component is not required to occur on the same date as the theoretical (in-class) component. This practical assessment is performed on site due to the requirement to ensure the participant is competent in operating, inspecting and maintaining the specific model they will be using in the workplace.

Hours and duration: August 16, 2022 from 9am to 4pm.
Registration Deadline
Deadline to register is July 29, 2022. All applications must be submitted before 4pm on the deadline date. Applications will be considered complete when ALL forms are filled in FULL and required documentation is provided.
