Admission Requirements

Applicants need:

  • OSSD diploma or equivalent
  • Class G Driver's License
  • Clean criminal record
  • Participate in an pre-intake interview with OSTTC, GREAT, and SN Fire
  • Participate in a physical assessment and references checked
  • Sponsorship secured

*Qualified candidates proceed to a physical fitness assessment and interview with Firestar.


Course Outline

This program will be a of 7 weeks of instruction comprising of both theory and practical skills training. All seven weeks of training will be conducted at the Six Nations Fire & Emergency Services Training Academy at Station 5.
