Employees of OSTTC/GREAT are bound by an oath of confidentiality and will not release any confidential information without the client/student consent, or in emergency situations relating to clients/students, except for situations in which a client/student discloses information that is a threat to themselves or another individual (including minors), in which case, the information will be shared with appropriate legal authorities. OSTTC confirms that it has appropriate measures in place to secure the confidential information of its employees and clients/students.
