This 15-week multi-disciplinary trades experience provides participants with a blended learning environment of theory, safety certifications and hands-on training. Some of the training provides accreditation recognized across the Province, so many of these experiences (i.e. Working at Heights, Powered Elevated Work Platforms) are useful wherever the apprenticeship candidates land in their careers.

• Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
• Provide a High School Transcript
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Interview with Trades Lead
• Comfortable lifting heavy weight, manual labour and working in all weather conditions
• Have exemplary marks in Math & Science

• Students will explore several different Trades including:
  • Boilermaker
  • Welding
  • Residential Construction
  • Millwright
  • Plumbing
  • Steamfitting

• April 3rd to July 14th, 2023
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm [in-class, hands-on instruction]
• 15 week program

Deadline to register is March 10, 2023. All applications must be submitted before 4pm on the deadline date. Applications will be considered complete when ALL forms are filled in FULL and required documentation is provided.
